Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily with a meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.
Each tablet contains:
Calcium (from calcium citrate) 166.65 mg
Magnesium (from magnesium diglycinate) 83 mg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 2.5 mcg
Nonmedicinal ingredients: Vegetable stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide, with a coating of polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, and talc.
