In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in 60 children, rinsing with a solution containing L. helveticus Rosell-52, L. rhamnosus Rosell-11, B. Longum Rosell-175, and S. Boulardii CNCM I-1070 significantly reduced plaque by 71% and gum inflammation by 73% compared to placebo after 14 days of use. It was also significantly more effective than chlorhexidine treatment.
Adults and children 1 year and older: Take 1 sachet once or twice daily after brushing teeth and performing any other oral hygiene routine. Take at least 2 to 3 hours before or after antibiotic and antifungal medications. Dissolve the dose in a small amount of water before administering it to children 0 to 5 years old.
