Helps reduce the onset and duration of colds
L. rhamnosus GG has been shown to be effective in reducing the risk of developing antibiotic-associated diarrhea in children. A meta-analysis of four randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials involving a total of 1,805 children found that, compared to placebo, supplementing with L. rhamnosus GG reduced the severity of upper respiratory tract infections by 38%, antibiotic use by 20%, and acute otitis media by 24% in children.
