Adults (≥ 18 years): Topical application: Add 1 drop to 13 ml of neutral carrier oil and apply to the affected area up to 3 times daily. Do not use undiluted essential oil. Steam inhalation: Add 3–12 drops of undiluted essential oil to a bowl of boiling water or a facial steamer. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5–10 minutes up to 3 times daily. For occasional use only. Do not use orally. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with carrier oil. Store at room temperature.
