Nervous exhaustion BC-16 contains 5 tissue salts. The main function of each is to relieve symptoms found in conditions of nervous exhaustion. These include lassitude, depression, nervousness, irritability, hysterical behaviors, loss or decrease of memory, confusion, insomnia and psychosomatic disorders.
Adults and children (12 years and older): 4 tablets; children (6-11 years): 2 tablets; children (1-5 years): 1 tablet. All ages: take 4 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
For children 5 years and older, dissolve the tablet in water.
