Methylcobalamin is a highly bioavailable, activated form of vitamin B12, which is the main form of cobalamin circulating in the body. Methylmalonyl-CoA mutase is a vitamin B12-dependent enzyme. It participates in the formation of succinyl-CoA, a key intermediate in the Krebs cycle.
