Traditionally used in Ayurveda as a rasayana (restorative tonic), for
improving memory,
reducing general weakness, particularly during convalescence or in the elderly,
as a sleep aid, and balancing aggravated Vata (nervine tonic, sedative).
Fresh organic extract
Adults: 30 drops 2 to 4 times a day in a little water.
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera*) organic fresh root (1:2) 500 mg/ml.
Non-medicinal ingredient: Organic ethyl alcohol 50%.
