Used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds and coughs.Pranarōm's AROMAVITAs are blends of 100% pure and natural chemotyped essential oils, designed to be mixed with a carrier oil and applied to the skin with a more or less firm massage.
Adults (≥ 18 years): Topical application: Add 1-4 drops to 5 ml of neutral vegetable oil and apply to the chest or wrists up to 3 times daily. Do not use undiluted essential oil.
Direct inhalation: Apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally up to 3 times daily.
For occasional use only. Do not use orally. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this occurs, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Store at room temperature.
For use in an essential oil diffuser: 1-6 drops can be added undiluted to the diffuser (ultrasonic, atmospheric).
Eucalyptus radiata (Eucalyptus radiata essential oil) (leaf) 30%, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary essential oil) (flowering top) 20%, Melaleuca cajuputi (Cajuput essential oil) (leaf) 20%, Origanum majorana (Marjoram essential oil) (flowering top) 20%.
