Pranarōm's AROMAVITAs are blends of 100% pure and natural chemotyped essential oils, intended to be mixed with a carrier oil and applied to the skin with a more or less firm massage.
For localized massage: 1-2 drops added to 1-2 drops of Pranarōm carrier oil.
For body massage: 2-10 drops diluted in 5-10 ml of carrier oil.
A skin test is recommended for sensitive skin.
