Adults (≥ 18 years): Varicose veins: Add 2-4 drops to 5 ml of neutral vegetable oil and gently apply to the affected vein area, massaging over the affected area up to 3 times daily. Hemorrhoids: Add 2-8 drops of undiluted essential oil to an equal amount of shampoo or liquid soap before adding to bath water. Stir gently. For maximum benefit, bathe for 10 minutes. Use 2 drops of undiluted essential oil for the first time and increase by one drop per bath up to a maximum of 8 drops. Do not use undiluted essential oil. For occasional use only. Do not use orally. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this occurs, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Store at room temperature.
