Gemmotherapy is a branch of phytotherapy that uses the buds and young shoots of trees and shrubs. Harvested in spring at a key point in their natural growth cycle, the buds and young shoots are prepared fresh and macerated in a solution of water, alcohol, and glycerin, allowing for complete extraction of the active ingredients.
Adults: 5-15 drops daily, between meals, neat or diluted in water, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
