Energie PLP has a 7-day, "no questions asked" return policy. Just ask our team if you're not satisfied, for any reason, with your purchase.
Products must be returned to us, in the original (unopened) packaging, from the same postal service provider, at your expense. A 15% fee will be charged on the price paid for all returns made after 7 days (and before 30 days) from the reception of your order.
Example: You buy a product at $100+taxes + shipping at 13.50+taxes = $113.50+taxes ($130.50).
Your refund will be $85+taxes (97.73%).
