What are the differences between Unytii PRO and Unytii?

Unytii PRO is the ordering platform for your clinic or personal inventory. Its use is reserved for healthcare professionals.
Unytii is the platform for your clients.

What is your return policy? How do I handle a product return if a customer has a negative reaction to a product I purchased from you?

Unytii Pro and Unytii have a 7-day "no questions asked" return policy. We will charge 15% for all returns made after 7 days (and before 30 days) from the date you received your order. Products must be returned to us in their original (unopened) packaging, using the postal service of your choice, at your expense. We will issue a refund upon receipt of your products. For any allergic reactions or products received with a manufacturing defect, for you or your customers, please contact us directly at info@unytiipro.com or by phone at 1.877.575.0616. We will need a photo of the product showing the lot number and expiration date, as well as the product name. We will handle the claim with the company and refund you for your problematic product.

What professions are eligible to register for your services? Can I register if I am a student?

To become a Unytii Pro partner, you must be a student or work in the healthcare field, use supplements and natural products, or refer clients to them. If you have any questions, fill out our membership form and we will contact you to discuss it further.

How do I get a referral account and a promotional code to share?

Simply fill out the registration form available directly on our website. A member of our team will contact you within 24 business hours of your account opening request to share your personalized promotional code.

How does delivery work?

Once we have the products in stock, your customer's order will be shipped within 24-48 business hours. They will receive an email upon shipment, along with their order tracking number so they can follow it in real time.

Shipping fees are tiered based on the pre-tax order total: $9.99 for orders under $200, and $7.99 for orders of $200 or more. Valid for orders delivered within Quebec.

How do I view my commissions?

No need to log in to an Unytii account to do this. Then, click on the shopping cart icon, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on "share shopping cart." Simply give this link and your promotional code to your customer. They will still be able to modify the contents of the cart before placing their order. Use your personalized affiliate link. This link is located directly in your commission portal. To verify that your link is working, you should see a bar appear at the top of your screen indicating that the person is indeed on your platform. By shopping through your affiliate link, you will automatically earn a 25% commission on all your customers' purchases if they do not enter your promotional code.

Where can I find my personalized affiliate link?

All you have to do is log in to your account via unytiipro.com, then access your commission portal; your personalized affiliate link is there.

How does the remuneration work?

A transfer is made at the beginning of each month as soon as you have accumulated more than $100. If the amount is lower, it will be added to the commissions of subsequent months until $100 is reached. Tax receipts are issued once you have accumulated $500 in annual commissions.

Can you have more than one promotional code?

The platform does not allow the creation of multiple promotional codes per therapist.

Do we need a promotional code to access the health professionals price for each company?

Once you are logged into your account, you will automatically see your health professional price. The regular price will be crossed out, and the company's discount percentage will be displayed directly on each product.

How can I get my order as quickly as possible?

You can check at any time whether we have the products in stock directly on each product page. If the products are already in our Sherbrooke inventory, you can be sure of receiving your order as quickly as possible. You can always leave us a note in the comments section of your order specifying that you would like a refund for the missing products if you cannot wait two to three business days for their delivery.

How do I make changes to an order that has already been placed?

If you wish to remove any products, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone.

Furthermore, because our profit margins on Unytii PRO are significantly smaller due to the generous discounts we offer, we are forced to charge slightly higher shipping fees to avoid operating at a loss.

Is it possible to do dropshipping from the Unytii Pro platform?

No, the Unytii PRO service is exclusively for healthcare professionals. All your clients' orders must be placed on unytii.com

Is it possible to sell ebooks online?

Yes, our platform supports the sale of digital products such as ebooks, PDF guides, online courses, etc. Once the purchase is made, your customers will be able to download the file directly from their account.

Is it possible to hide the online store with a password?

Yes, you can protect your shop with a password, which allows you to restrict access to a specific audience (e.g., VIP customers, partners, employees).

Is it possible to select only a few product ranges?

Yes, you can customize your store to offer only a specific selection of products. You have the flexibility to choose the product ranges that best suit your target audience.

Are there any recurring costs associated with the transactional website?

Yes, there are monthly costs associated with Shopify fees. For store maintenance and updates, there is an annual fee of $360. Additionally, depending on the options chosen, fees for specific features or payment gateways may apply.

What are the timeframes for having a functional online store?

The time it takes to launch your online store varies depending on the complexity of your project. Generally, a standard store can be ready in 2 to 4 weeks after the elements (product catalog, visuals, content, etc.) have been approved.

What are the advantages of the e-commerce compared to the referral program?
