Adultes : Prendre une cuillère à thé (5 ml) 1-2 fois par jour. Utiliser pendant au moins 4 semaines afin de pouvoir constater les effets bénéfiques.
Bien agiter avant usage.
Réfrigérer une fois ouvert.
Adults: Take one teaspoon (5 ml) 1-2 times daily. Use for at least 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
Shake well before use.
