Adultes : Prendre 2-3 mL (60-90 gouttes) 4 fois par jour dans un peu d’eau à jeun. Attendre au moins 6-12 heures pour constater les effets laxatifs. Prendre quelques heures avant ou après la prise d'autres médicaments ou produits de santé.
Adults: Take 2-3 mL (60-90 drops) 4 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Wait at least 6-12 hours to notice the laxative effects. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products.
